It was a normal day in 1935 for Ena Arthur and her family as they decided to picnic under a massive Oak tree. But Ena's world soon turns upsidedown when her older sister, Serene, and pet cat, Tiger, go missing and their last known location being the giant carved out hole inside the tree.

Now Ena has fallen into the world of the Oak tree herself and inside she discovers giant monsters, slithering creatures and a magical king, simply known as the Child King, who has placed a curse on the land. Ena must be quick-witted on her feet and mind if she wants to survive traversing through the treacherous maze that is the Oak tree.

But Ena is not alone as she finds fellowship with an array of characters along her journey including a curmudgeon made of wood and a hot headed fairy. With her newfound friends, she hopes to gain the courage to find her cat, rescue her sister, confront the Child King and return home all before her parents discover their children are missing.
