When Connor arrived at the sanctuary of New Haven, he thoroughly embraced its fair governance and the amenities that liberty provides. He could go to school, play baseball, hang out with friends, and more importantly, speak his mind. Finally, he was free. Finally, he was safe.

But one by one, dark mysteries reveal the cracks in his perfect town. He discovers his grandad left secrets scattered throughout the tunnel town. Secrets that lead to a treasure desperately needed to protect New Haven and free Colorado from its cruel Corporate rulers.

Once again, he dives into the clues and codes he was trained to solve. He must find the answer soon because the Corporate enslavers are coming, and time is running out.

NOTE: The Highmind series, which is appropriate for all audiences, is a companion series to the From Darkness series, which was written for an adult audience. Both stories involve the same setting and goal to liberate Colorado from the post-apocalyptic rulers entrenched there. Though they have many crossover characters, they follow the journeys of different protagonists.
