In an impressive four-year ascent, Natalie climbed seven pay grades to achieve the esteemed position of Senior Manager. Despite tempting directorial opportunities, her maternal instincts led her toward a different path.
Transitioning from the corporate world, Natalie embraced the nurturing role of a substitute teacher while concurrently pursuing her MBA at Webster University. This marked the genesis of her transformation from a dedicated homemaker to a multifaceted community contributor.
As her sons, Burton and Forest, entered school age, Natalie seamlessly balanced her responsibilities as a mother with various community engagements. From room mother to committed PTO member and dedicated volunteer, she dedicated countless hours to school initiatives and sports teams. Her leadership extended to the Country Club of Leawood Swim and Dive Team, where she played pivotal roles, fostering camaraderie and excellence among young athletes.
Beyond her immediate community, Natalie's altruism radiated through her involvement in charitable organizations such as the Junior League of Kansas City and the Westminster College Kansas City Alumni Club, where she made a lasting impact.
Over a decade after bidding farewell to her corporate tenure, Natalie re-entered the professional realm, joining SSC, a telecommunications consulting firm. Her role as a consultant expanded, covering business development, project management, and overseeing multifaceted operations across Kansas City.
