Dr. Solomon is a retired public school educator and administrator. He is the proud father of three adult children.

The inspiration for writing this book comes from his experiences as a parent himself and experiences interacting with many parents as a public school educator and administrator. Dr. Solomon shares many proven parenting strategies he has used throughout the years to achieve some amazing results. He believes that parenting is difficult but also very rewarding when it is done effectively.
