Vivian Eedlich who were martyred when Japanese troops landed in Papua-New Guinea during World War II. May Hayman was Deslee's mother-in-law's friend and work colleague. They grace the front cover. May their deeds be remembered. The fourteen martyrs remembered here were from various nations and various denominations of Christianity. Their deaths were noble and forgiving and they lived to help ofthers, as Jesus Christ taught.
