John Norman Collins was responsible for the "Michigan Murders"...Collins killed young women between 1967-69 in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area of Southeastern Michigan. He targeted victims between the ages of thirteen and twenty-one, kidnapping, sexually assaulting and later killing them. It took three years before authorities finally caught up to Collins, catching him one week after his latest murder.
