The book is composed of 80 chapters, with stories and life lessons, which cover the entirety of human life. These chapters are intended to invite the reader to reflect, analyze and develop their behavior.

But why exactly 80 chapters?

Of all the chapters I have written, 80 were selected specifically for this book, because these chapters bring basic lessons that every human being needs to know, to bring happiness to people and eliminate conflicts in society and the world.

These chapters contain fun, inspiring lessons and stories, as well as motivational texts, for children, adults and the elderly.
