The life of mortals is brief, just a blink of an eye to me, whose existence spans eons. Just as stars light up and go out in the vast night sky, so mortals are born and die, turning into stardust.
Before the light appeared, I was already in the darkness that enveloped the cosmos. Darkness is not a simple absence of lighting, it is the primordial origin of light itself.
Through the ages, I have been known by many names - Devourer of Worlds, Chaos, Destroyer. I have become corporeal in different forms, wandering through unknown lands, carrying the curse imposed by my feared abilities.
My journey, however, was never one of redemption or self-knowledge. I always seek new conquests, arcane worlds under my domain.
However, of all the universes I had ever dominated, none challenged my power as much as NightGlen.
In serene NightGlen, where nature breathes in harmonious stillness, I tried to subdue this magical world with my cunning and strength.
You should know that in this place of light and darkness, I found an opponent equal to me, perhaps a fierce and implacable titan of shadows, not reduced to dust under my presence and whose name the legends are told and sung by all.
Yes, he could be called an arcane god of shadows, although such a concept pales in comparison to my cosmic nature.
Although I don't count time like mortals, I remember well the epic battle against Darkthorn, the most monumental of my entire existence...
And if you want to know who emerged victorious from this story, where I face the legendary Shadowthorn! Keep reading...
