Grandpa was young and foolish when he discovered the evil that infests the very walls of that decrepit house. On a dare, he and his buddies break in to the abandoned homestead. Only two of them lived to tell the tale.

This summer, his teenage granddaughter are bored being out in the boondocks, missing their friends back home and are sniping at each other. That is, until the night they spy a strange light in the abandoned house across the field. 'Curiosity killed the cat', but that's just an old saying. Just a peek won't hurt, right? Nobody has to know...

The evil entity knows... It's been waiting...and it hungers... The kids are about to find out that blood is thicker than water.
