At an age when most are aiming for retirement, Bob Higgins moved to Uganda with his wife Carol. Over the course of 14 years, they trained church leaders with the International School of Ministry video curriculum, provided clean water, and ran a mobile clinic. Their Otino-Waa Children's Village became home to hundreds of orphaned children. Now retired in Bend, Oregon, Bob enjoys using his extensive knowledge of the non-profit and church world to help others allocate their resources to make the largest impact on the Kingdom of God.
