Her dream of migrating "legally" to the United States is met with overwhelming frustration. Being fully credentialed, and her success as a nurse, combined with her desire to contribute to the healthcare system in a country in desperate need of medical professionals, Ethel finds herself caught in a unending bureaucratic nightmare.
