Orion was no ordinary human. His birth had been carefully planned and awaited upon for thousands of years. He was chosen by the Angels of the fourth dimension to become the Universal Moderator, according to prophecy. However, he lived a a rather ordinary life until he stumbled upon Astral Projection in his teen years. Then, his powers began to awaken.

By the time he turned twenty, he had lived multiple lifetimes across various dimensions by projecting his own mind into the cosmos. He was on course to fulfilling the prophecy, until one day something went horribly wrong. He was attacked in his travels by The System, an artificially intelligent network of machines from the future. He lost his powers and memories, becoming trapped in the real world, attempting to forge a life as an ordinary American in present day times.
