Three friends have been travelling the Wildwood for a year in an effort to cull the population of dangerous creatures living within. Chelk, Draqonian born and raised, finds his King, a man he knows to be just and kind, has gone mad. The King is trying to incite a war across the peaceful lands of Blune to challenge the barbaric Conclaves of Zelic.

To unravel the mystery surrounding the plight against the Jack of all Trades and how they might be connected to the King of Draque, Tezhic, Riox, and Chelk travel across Catacus for answers.
