When Poppy Isles moves to the small town of Peshtigo, Wisconsin and begins restoring one of the town's most historic homes, the locals welcome her and try to unravel her past. Shy and afraid to create local ties, Poppy soon finds herself thawing toward the locals, especially the gorgeous, gruff biker, Colton "Fox" Sterling.

While Poppy settles into her new home and reluctantly makes friends, small construction mishaps and strange occurrences take a darker turn.
