How could he disappoint his family? His friends? The whole town? Blu Hoppington was right on schedule to be the next, Easter Bunny. His classes were due to begin, along with his apprenticeship, and everyone was delighted. Except for Blu. He had absolutely no desire to attend Bakers Dozen University. Coursework teeming with egg coloring, weaving those baskets...nothing but glorified buckets...plus, hoards of dreadful hens...all the things of nightmares. He simply didn't want the job. No, Sir. No, thank you. So what's a rabbit to do when he's expected to spend the rest of his life fraternizing with chickens who hate him? Sometimes, a forbidden run through the forest is just the kick in the trousers a rabbit needs to gain a little perspective. Such activities can also result in a life-altering kinship. Exploring an old, dusty attic could even prove to be all the confirmation a rabbit fellow needs to follow his own dreams, making his own path. But, going against the grain isn't always easy. It takes heart and determination. It takes the help of a few good friends. It takes just the right pair of pants and maybe a little touch of magic.
