When the Spurs Dynasty fell, it was one of the most bizarre stories in the 75-year history of professional basketball. An undiagnosable injury led to breakdowns in trust, new apparel contracts, players-only meetings, relationship fallouts, and so much more. The fallout then takes the story on an unexpected detour from Texas to Canada.

The writing and research for that documentary series became the foundation for this book.
