What I thought was a fitness journey was actually a journey to find myself, the races were just stepping stones. I went into this adventure full throttle and traveled all over the United States and even to the United Kingdom. Injuries and unforeseen circumstances would form this story into a Saga comparable to the old legends of the Vikings. Would anyone believe the tales woven by the heroes in this book? Although the journey is not over, these are the tales that lead to my return from injury and trying to retrain my body in a very short amount of time to see if I could even come back to running.
