Website moderator Ivy Gibbons wants only one thing from life; jelly donuts. And to be left alone. Maybe that's two things. And also to be able to wear pajamas to work. So three things. Not too much to ask. When her urgent need for a donut drives her out of the house one morning, the last thing she expects is to be nearly run over by a fancy-schmancy sports car driven by a man who makes it clear he thinks Ivy is the one at fault. She takes her grievance to a small-town website forum to tell Mr. Sports Car what she thinks of him and his driving, all while half fearing, half hoping she will hear that voice of his in her dreams.
Media manager Jameson Adams reads the negative comments directed at him in the social media website that he created and he can't stop himself from responding. Who does this woman, who jumped right into the path of his car, think she is blaming him for the near-accident? People like her were why he rarely left his log cabin in the woods. Despite his irritation, he knows he won't be able to forget those eyes, those lips, any time soon.
