This book tells the stories of three friends from Adoka, Benue, Nigeria, who grew up to become great leaders and change-makers in their community. Enyi, Ola, and Adakole are all Idoma by tribe, and their experiences reflect the struggles and triumphs of many young people in Nigeria and beyond. Through ten different stories, we see Enyi, Ola, and Adakole fighting for social justice, promoting education, protecting the environment, and empowering women. We see them confront adversity with courage and compassion, and work tirelessly to make their community a better place. These stories are not just about Enyi, Ola, and Adakole, but about the power of friendship, determination, and community to bring about positive change. They remind us that no matter where we come from or what challenges we face, we can always work together to build a better world. As the author of this book, I have been deeply inspired by the lives and work of Enyi, Ola, and Adakole. Their stories have taught me the importance of standing up for what you believe in, even in the face of opposition. They have also shown me the power of collaboration and community, and the impact that a small group of dedicated individuals can have on the world. My hope is that this book will inspire others to follow in the footsteps of Enyi, Ola, and Adakole, and work towards a brighter future for themselves and their communities. I am honored to have had the opportunity to tell their stories, and I hope that readers will find them as inspiring and uplifting as I have.
