There is no way we will ever be able to fully comprehend all of the riches of the Lord's wealth. For more than a week, I've been pondering about this verse: "This gift has been given to me, who am less than the least of all saints, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable treasures of Christ" (Ephesians 3:8 KJV). Christ's unsearchable, endless, limitless, and mysterious riches are unfathomable, limitless, and mysterious. This is the true beauty of the mysterious. The term "mystery" is one of my favorites because it implies secrecy. It suggests that we have been given the privilege of searching God's heart for revelation. This verse, along with these concepts, has piqued my interest and left me wanting more. Proverbs 25:2 (NIV) It is the glory of God to keep anything hidden, but it is the honor of kings to discover what is hidden.
