A plague hits the colony of Pluto and when it doesn’t get stopped soon enough, Earth quarantines the colony refusing to allow anyone to go or leave Pluto. The remaining colonists have to make do in spite of being overworked and quite ill. After their only doctor dies, a nurse, Loraine, and a young man studying to become a healer, Jaeson, discover there are vampires trapped in the colony with them. They must figure out how to save themselves and the colony from dying out.
