Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, we aim to enhance corporate governance theory, provide strategic guidance for stakeholders, and assist them in making informed decisions to promote high-quality development. This study makes both theoretical and practical contributions to the sustainable development of companies globally.
