The study was a descriptive type of research conducted to identify the teaching practices and performance of beauty care teachers in Angeles City, Philipines. This research design was used to describe the present status or condition of the topic investigated procedure in the conduct of the survey was observed with the help of the school heads and head teachers of the schools. The data were gathered through questionnaires and informal classroom observation. The frequency percentage mean was used to interpret the results and the p-value was used to establish the relationship between the teaching profile and teaching practices. Based on the findings of this study, it is concluded that Beauty Care teachers are new to teaching Beauty Care courses but they are committed to embracing the new course. However, some of them are still using traditional teaching and their teaching level performance is not above expectation. Likewise, educational attainment is one factor affecting their teaching performance. More so, teachers fail to give effective motivation and full assistance to all slow learners in their classes. With this, a short-term training program is proposed entitled Enrichment Training Program for Beauty Care Teachers .
