Nine cells is a powerful organization diagnosis tool which is originally developed by Rummler & Brache in 1995. It can create a sense of urgency for any organization that wants to improve alignment of organization’s goals, design and management at organization, department or team and individual levels. In Thailand, this tool has been used for every department in public sectors in 2014-2015 and for over 130 hospitals in 2016-2018.
