The book is good reading, which can serve as a motivation for others. Chapter 8 should be especially useful to Mamby Park Baptist Church, as it provides a bit of history for the church. In the world of work, she is the founder and CEO of the Sure Foundation Educational Centre for children with learning disabilities and behaviour disorders. Dr. Ricketts holds a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from the Bakke Graduate University.
