I Am Strong!: A Multicultural Mosaic

I Am Strong! is the brother book to I Am Beautiful! . Like its sibling project, I Am Strong! is all about cultural diversity and personal empowerment. This one-poem book allows young readers to travel the world to see how we all have wonderful character traits and gifting that offer mutual edification. This publication is beautifully illustrated with handcrafted paper-collage illustrations that are whimsical and inviting (yes, even for boys!). As readers go through the book, they can have fun guessing which cultures are featured in each stanza. Answers (along with brief character descriptions) are provided at the end of the book.
