As the nature of life and work continue to be shaped by technology, and as the value that we add to the world continues to migrate from the physical and cognitive domains to the emotional domain, focusing on discovering our purpose and developing our individual and collective emotional potential are becoming more pressing necessities. This has been accelerated by the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), particularly the launch of ChatGPT in November 2022.
