Three Ropes For Hanging

Daniel Dana

The breathtaking novel, Three Ropes for Hanging describes the escape of its protagonist from three death sentences issued against him by Iran. This is a story of bravery and belief - about a man who grew up a in Shi'ite Iran and would become an uncompromising warrior against the fanatical Shi'ite regime. In his struggle with the regime, the book’s hero is unwilling to compromise on his principles and his ambition to change the grim reality in Iran, which has darkened the region and threatens to plunge the entire world into catastrophe. This story is based on the life of its author, Dr. Daniel Dana, a native of Iran who grew up a Shi'ite Muslim, eventually became Christian and then immigrated to Israel as refugee. Later in life, he accidentally discovered that he was born Jewish. He is a warrior for justice in the classic sense of the word; a nationalist Iranian who fought against the ayatollahs and for social justice, mutual responsibility, liberty and freedom. Dr. Daniel Dana is an expert in international law. He heads the World Organization for Brotherhood and Friendship and is also its founder. The organization believes in cultural change, and not military, and in overthrowing the the current government in order to restore the dignity of Iran. This book is published in English, Hebrew, Russian, French, German and Persian.
