Tennessee Williams Hollywoodba Megy: Avagy a Drama Es Film Dialogusa

(Please note: This book is published in Hungarian) English abstract: In Tennessee Williams Goes to Hollywood, or the Dialogue of Drama and Film Zoltan Dragon sets out to renew the dominant critical and theoretical background and vocabulary of the theory of adaptation, and to provide a novel way to study adaptations. He takes his cue from the analyses of celebrated Hollywood film adaptations of the plays of Tennessee Williams. The book introduces the notions of intermedial dialogue and medial break, providing a feasible and flexible framework for the interpretation not only of Williams plays, but in a more general way for film adaptations across various media.
