The cost of healthcare is rising dramatically, making it difficult to achieve the maxim "Health is the Greatest Wealth." Numerous groups and governments throughout the world are working to expand access to health services.

The World Health Organization adopted the same approach and formulated the objective "Health for All."

But this is a long-term goal, and governments all over the country are taking steps to get there. Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, one of the world's largest government-sponsored healthcare programs, was successfully launched by the government of India in September 2018. Since it started two years ago, it has reached a lot of people and helped more than 1 billion people, which is good for their health. Since October 2011, our study has been conducted in the Udaipur district, where we are among the few states in India (Rajasthan) that provide free healthcare under the Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Nishulk Dava Yojana and Mukhyamantri Nishulk Jaanch Yojana (MNJY) banners for all categories of society.
