This book focuses on addressing practical geological issues and studying structural-decoding complexes using remote sensing materials, serving as one of the advanced modern technologies that ensure high economic efficiency in geological exploration and research works. The comprehensive analysis of cosmogeological and geological-geophysical data in the Southern Nurata region of Uzbekistan allows the identification of prospective areas based on a new type of cosmogeological map-remote foundation. These methods are particularly significant for the high reliability of identifying prospective areas through visual and automatic decoding methods (with a field observation phase) of geological and cosmogeological research. This, in turn, forms the basis for future scientific research in this direction. The method of identifying prospective areas based on remote foundations, developed as a result of decoding digital space images for the Southern Nurata region, allows for its application in production practices, enhancing the efficiency of geological exploration works.
This book is intended for specialists using geoinformation systems in geological mapping, the search and exploration of mineral deposits, as well as for university students and researchers in the field of geology.
