The Mind's Fragments is a poetry book dedicated to all aspects of mental health, disability and the challenges of everyday life. My poems represent my personal struggles with mental health and allow me to express myself creatively in order to cope with the past. There are many people who can relate to the harsh reality of the world, and to the hope that lives on.
