The Cards We Hold is a collection of poems reminiscing about a journey through time. It fantasizes the experiences of growing up and showcases how quickly we come to the realization that nothing stays forever. The pain and happiness will both fade but the feelings we have gotten from the experience are the memories we alone get to keep. Each poem has started from a small experience that has transformed into a separate entity altogether.
