For a long time, there was peace between the Ekoshom and Ludakim. Both the kingdoms were closely knit together. This golden era was also marked by flourishing trade between these two kingdoms. Circumstances changed when the prince of Ludakim was killed in crowning ceremony. This acted as a turning point for the relations between the two kingdoms. Officials of Ludakim suspected Ekoshom for this act given the spies found recently. This incident soon turned into full blown war that resulted into numerous casualties on both the sides. Nobody seemed to win the war as both the sides were evenly matched until King Bakip of Ludakim, who had mystic powers and practised dark magic, came into play that the war changed its pace. Villages of Ekoshom were burned and people massacred. The once wealthy and prosperous Ekoshom was now in ruins. It seemed unreal how one man changed the tide of the war.

Miqasta's father was one of the high ranking ministers of Ekoshom. Upon seeing the death of her own father in front of her eyes by a mysterious man, Miqasta became filled with rage. She swears to herself to take revenge for the death of her family and the fall of her beloved kingdom by killing all the higher ups in the Ludakim especially King Bakip. Miqasta sets herself for a journey; a journey of revenge, all while hoping she does not lose herself in the way.
