Safety Evaluation of Certain Food Additives: Seventy-ninth Meeting of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA)

This volume contains monographs prepared at the seventy-ninth meeting of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA), which met in Geneva, Switzerland, from 17 to 26 June 2014. The toxicological monographs in this volume summarize the safety data on six food additives.
