Boken handlar om en tid da jag oftast ar instangd och isolerad mellan fyra vaggar. Foerst av hettan som beharskade sommaren 2018 och sedan av coronaviruset i boerjan av 2020. Botad fran min cancer men med skallen bar, foersoeker jag ta mig tillbaka till livet. Jag gar mina vanliga morgonpromenader, pratar med djuren pa garden och foersoeker sysselsatta min av oro plagade hjarna med lasning av allt fran Platon till Houellebecq. Nagra teaterbesoek och julfi rande i Norrland bryter tristessen. Och jag har nu levt 80 ar pa jorden.
