Det enkla ar ofta det basta. En liten taverna uppe i bergen pa Kreta serverar hemgjort vin till maten. Nar vi fragade om det gick att koepa ett par liter, visade varden in oss till hans vinkallare. Foerst fick vi smaka pa vin ur alla faten. Sedan fick vi tva flaskor av hans basta vin med oss utan kostnad. Bland grekerna har jag moett mycket av den generoesa gastfriheten som kallas filotimo. Detta ar mycket typiskt foer just Grekland. Halvt kilo kokkino ar intryck och reflektioner oever vardagshandelser och moeten med kanda och okanda, under aren 2015-2016.
