This book was written with the sole purpose of guiding the bereaved and those who are in the trusted position of helping someone be it man or women navigate the grieving process. The writings are born out of my own experience of when my husband of 28 years passed away suddenly. I cannot describe the pain and confusion that followed: The pain I felt for my children, my mum, my dad, my brothers and sisters also my Church family. To have wise people around you is very important at this delicate time. Many will try to help but not know how. It took me a long time to write this book as I realise now it was my own healing tool. I believe it will be yours too.
