Dispute settlement has a hidden side. While academics have explored the philosophy of the World Trade Organization, no attempt has been made to examine it from a practical standpoint, or to look at its procedural aspects. This book seeks to make the World Trade Organization’s complex procedural law accessible for practitioners.
