This present publication represents the second volume of a series entitled Proceedings of the Nineteenth Session, which encompasses all documents relating to the Nineteenth Session of the Hague Conference on Private International Law. This volume is particularly dedicated to the work undertaken by the Hague Conference in fields as many and varied as international family law (international adoption, child abduction, succession), international commercial and finance law, as well as international judicial and administrative co-operation (service, taking of evidence, legalisation). Consultation of preparatory documents, reports and minutes of meetings dedicated to these matters will be particularly useful to the reader wishing to grasp the legal and technical issues surrounding the international conventions adopted within the framework of the Hague Conference.

Ce second volume des Actes et documents de la Dix-neuvieme session regroupe tous les documents relatifs a la dix-neuvieme session de la Conference de La Haye de droit international prive. Ce volume est plus specialement dedie aux travaux entrepris par la Conference dans des domaines aussi divers et varies que le droit international de la famille (adoption internationale, enlevement d'enfants, successions), le droit commercial et bancaire international ainsi que l'entraide administrative et judiciaire internationale (notification, obtention des preuves, legalisation). Les documents preparatoires, les proces-verbaux de seances et rapports consacres a ces themes seront particulierement utiles au lecteur desireux de comprendre les questions juridiques et techniques liees aux Conventions internationales adoptees dans le cadre de la Conference de La Haye.
