English summary: Using materials from the most recent excavations conducted in Parma and its surroundings, the exhibition illustrates the process of the formation of pre-Roman cities and scattered villages, all of which evidence the strong links with the Etruscan world and other adjacent cultural areas, up to the foundation of the Roman colony, permanently located where the city then developed during the course of the following centuries.
