The phenomenon offers a broader vision that investigates the various facets of the images, and penetrates into their system of production. The resulting picture delineates tight and articulated contacts between the major and minor arts, and among the diverse figurative products, among them sculpture and vase painting while proposing a new role attributable to ceramics within the figurative tradition.
