The volume gathers the proceedings of the workshop coordinated by professors Paul Spinelli and Antonello De Luca and organized by professors John Cuomo, Rosa de Lucia, Elena Mele, Maurizio Orlando and Roberta Santaniello with the aim of promoting ideas exchanges and discussion among scholars in the field of modeling and design of interventions on masonry structure. There are always more Italian researchers who, through their studies, help the advancement of knowledge in the field of modeling the mechanical behavior of masonry.
