The Summa Perusina is a treasure of early medieval jurisprudence, a unique collection of abstracts of the Justinian Code preserved in the University of Perugia library since its foundation in 1308. Federico Patetta’s critical edition of the Summa Perusina first appeared at the end of the nineteenth century, and is here accompanied by a photographic facsimile of the manuscript itself.
