A ‘cloak and dagger’ comedy, in which the author herself performed, leaving her fellow nuns speechless. This work tells the story of a brother and sister, Don Pedro and Dona Ana, who live together in Toledo. Both are in love and must pass through a series of mistakes and misadventures before managing, by various strategems, to seduce their respective beloved. The plot, very much a 17th century storyline, thanks to the originality of the author, finds its way to an unpredictable end where the real and the allegorical meet.
