War on Terror: A Review of Islamic and Other Terrorists

The fight against terrorism has left the area of civilian security forces, being converted into a real ‘War of Terror’ in the 21st Century, since the attack on the twin towers in New York. This book analyses the historical circumstances that were the origins of the globalisation of terrorism, at the same time as describing the structure and operational methods of the counter terrorist forces and the main terrorist groups, among with Al Qaeda stands out as the principal organiser of international terrorism.
