All writing, even that which imitates life, is a fiction. A trick. Using this as his premise, Giralt Torrente confronts a universal theme in this intimate story: the death of his father. He reconstructs the relationship with his father, the times in life he shared with him, with a surprising eagerness for faithfulness.
