68 + 50 unites the work of four different exhibitions that reflect on the 1968 student movement: a watershed moment in recent Mexican history. Studying four specific cases, this publication offers an account of the transformations undergone by artistic practices in Mexico. Graphics of ‘68 recovers a body of images that were present at marches and rallies: visual material that strengthened the voice of protest and shaped a new collective imagination.
