El titulo de Un suspiro en mi consciencia nace de todas las veces que tenia algo que decir y suspiraba. Nunca he sido de expresar mis pensamientos ni sentimientos, todo me lo callaba, incluso si me hacia dano me volvia mas fuerte y decia que no me pasaba nada. Hasta que llego un dia que decidi escribir en papel todo lo que llevaba dentro para asi poder desahogarme.
