A history of the different Hungarian armed forces. Often overshadowed by its superior Allies, the Hungarian Armed Forces still played a significant part in World War 2. Having joined the Axis powers at the behest of Germany, Hungary soon began to participate in a number of campaigns, most specifically the Invasion of Yugoslavia and the Invasion of the Soviet Union.
